1March 29th, 2014 - Kent Robinson made an un-scheduled trip to Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Indiana) on Sunday afternoon to pilot the Jones Oil #85 Open Wheel Modified, after Saturday night's Spring 50 at Florence Speedway was postponed due to weather. Twenty-nine entries were on hand for the $1,000-to-win event, and after failing to make the transfer via heat race action a convincing ninth to first run in the b-main locked Robinson into the 19th starting spot for the finale. In the main event K-Rob advanced from his starting position deep in the field to a solid tenth place finish. Full results from the event are available at www.BrownstownSpeedway.com

March 22nd, 2014 - Kent returned to Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Indiana) on Saturday evening for the $10,000-to-win 17th Annual Indiana Icebreaker in his #7r JB's Salvage/Club 29/Jay Dickens Racing Engine Super Late Model.

A talented group of competitors were registered for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned event. Robinson locked in the fourth starting position for the heat race via his qualifying efforts, and went on to finish second, earning him the seventh starting spot for the 50 lap finale. Despite passing being difficult, K-Rob advanced to a solid top five finish in front of his home track crowd behind race winner Don O'Neal, Eddie Carrier Jr., Steve Francis, and Scott Bloomquist.

"Happy to finally have a good run at one of the biggest races (for Super Late Model) at my home track. It's nice racing in front of your fans. This is definitely the best start to a season I've ever had. Have to thank all my crew, sponsors, and family. Wouldn't be possible without so many peoples help," said Robinson post-race.
