1November 22nd, 2014 - Kent Robinson trekked south over the weekend to compete in the final two events of his 2014 campaign.

K-Rob made his first ever visit to Cleveland Speedway (Cleveland, Tennessee) on Friday night for a $5,000-to-win program, sanctioned by the Southern All Star Racing Series. Thirty-five Super Late Models converged on the historic oval, and a Kent qualified first in his group to lock into the outside-front-row for the 50 lap finale. Robinson led the way for much of the event but, would have to settle for a second place finish after relinquishing the top spot to eventual race winner, Riley Hickman on the 37th circuit. Saturday night found the team pitted at Boyd's Speedway (Ringgold, Georgia) for the Turkey Gobble 50, which posted a $5,000 top prize for competitors. The unsanctioned event drew a field of thirty-one entries to the 1/3 mile oval, and Kent would fall short of the transfer via qualifications, sending him to a b-main. He went on to win his b-main, earning him the seventh starting spot for the finale. During the course of the feature K-Rob battled amongst the top ten before registering a seventh place finish in the final rundown.
