Kent Robinson climbs to fifth in Hell Tour stop at Farmer City
On Friday night Kent Robinson followed the DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour to Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Illinois) competing in a field of 29 cars. Following the third fastest time in his qualifying group, Robinson scored a 3rd place finish in his heat which positioned him 7th on the starting grid for the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Gaining two spots in the 50-lap affair, Kent reeled in a 5th place finish behind Gordy Gundaker, Shannon Babb, Bobby Pierce, and Bobby Shirley.
On Saturday Kent traveled to Fairbury Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois) for another round of the FALS Cup but Mother Nature washed out the event.
