Robinson competes in World of Outlaws doubleheader

Competing in a doubleheader weekend with the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series in his home state, Kent Robinson visited Circle City Raceway (Indianapolis, Ind.) on Friday afternoon. After rough track conditions bounced him back to eighth in his heat race, Robinson elected to save equipment and scratched from his eight-lap consolation event.

The following night at Plymouth Speedway (Plymouth, Ind.), Kent posted a sixth-place finish in his heat, which positioned him 16th on the starting grid for the $10,000-to-win finale. Passing two cars in the 40-lap affair, Robinson recorded a 14th-place finish.
