Briscoe competes with World of Outlaws at Tri-City

Following the sixth-fastest time in his group, Briscoe slipped back to a sixth-place finish in his heat, relegating him into the B-Main. Needing to place third or better to make the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Chase came one spot short with a fourth-place outing.
