Kent Robinson kicks off 2024 with Indiana Icebreaker at Brownstown

Kent Robinson hopped behind the wheel of the Blackwood Racing No. 93 Late Model over the weekend to kick off his 2024 season with Saturday’s Indiana Icebreaker at Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Ind.).

Amongst a stout field of 47 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries for the 27th running of the annual event, Robinson followed up the 12th-fastest qualifying effort in his 24-car group with an eighth-place finish in his heat. Relegated into a B-Main for one final shot at the $15,000-to-win Indiana Icebreaker, Kent fell short with an eighth-place outing.
